All pizzas are scratch-made per your orders . Capella has mastered the art of Italian Neapolitan pizza.

IMPORTED INGREDIENTS

Fresh ingredients make the best pizza. We use San Marzano tomatoes, Caputo Italian flour, extra virgin olive oil and buffalo mozzarella that arrives weekly from Italy. 

ITALIAN WOOD FIRED OVENS

Baked in wood fired ovens made for us in Naples, our pizzas are served slightly charred for exquisite flavor.

THE DISH ON THE DOUGH

House-made hand tossed dough rests in our refrigerators for 24 hours for proper gluten development and fermentation.

VINO AND BIRRA

We have a great selection of imported wines and beer. 

DESSERT

Our authentic gelato imported from Italy. We make our cannoli daily in house. We also offer locally made cheesecake, tiramisu cake and a variety of individually sized sponge cakes.
