Capella is looking to expand its team. We’re expanding our pizzeria as well working on a second concept.
We’re looking for the following:
Young or experienced Pizzaiolos who wants to grow in the Neapolitan pizza industry.
Young or Experienced Bakers who are able to produce naturally leavened pizza dough using heritage grains and small baked goods and are also diverse in artisanal pizza making.
Cooks/Chefs who would like to make the switch from line cooking to the pizza world “everyone’s doing it”
